Metal Fabrication

Many projects require unique engineering, full assembly, welding and much more. I have spent over a decade in various Texas shops utilizing different styles of fabrication for metal work. I have a broad range of experience that draws from many unique facets of the industry. There are very few requests that go over my head or that we cannot tackle together.

Services provided for metal fabrication and welding include:

  • Welding: GTAW and GMAW certified. Anything and everything from basic MIG welding on everyday projects, custom signs, sanitary/structural TIG welding of all materials; stainless steel/aluminum/magnesium/titanium/carbon etc.
  • Cast Repair:  A common request is the repair of cast materials which we can do if the part for the repair is acceptable. These types of repairs can be more costly but well within our capabilities and expertise.
  • Tube bending: Round tube bending in the following sizes (OD): 0.500”, 1.00” & 1.75”,  with a wall thickness from 0.063 to just over 0.120. I also can create endcaps to be welded on or weld them on for you.
  • Rod Bending: From 1/16” to 2.00”.
  • Braking: 16ga and thinner up to 4’ in width.
